We have a wide range of emotions because we need them all! They help us to respond, communicate, feel and behave. Emotional wellness typically associates with pleasant emotions, However, how we handle the unpleasant ones is actually the most significant indicator in life.

This is important for your overall health. You can control your thoughts and feelings to better cope. Whether they are positive or negative, being aware and manage them right away is important. Repression creates a boomerang effect. If you carry baggage from the past it will come back heavier.

The lack of clearly defining internal vs external life is the major reason human beings have failed to evolve, mentally and emotionally. Internal needs are defined by our need for self worth, purpose and wisdom. By contrast, external need are defined by needs outside our mind and emotions.

Consciously we often wish to change a habit to support or improve our personal growth. We created these habits out of choice to protect us, to cope or even just for fun. If we aim to replace or eliminate a habit it can lead to confusion in your mind. Your mind tries to keep things as usual and creates resistance to this change to protect and keep you safe.

We tap into your subconscious to access all your habits and your defense mechanisms and resistance protecting them. Once we know what your mind is trying to do, we can then use the relaxation state to present the benefits of what you wish to gain and convince you to drop the habits. What makes hypnosis so powerful is the power to make new habits and override your built-in coping mechanisms or beliefs.

Loss Program

The Hypnosis for Weight Loss Program is a non diet approach, which leads to improved self acceptance and balanced healthy eating. While dieting focuses on the external, we will deal with the internal roots and triggers that lead to unwanted eating patterns and habits.

Long term lasting change requires an adjustment in thinking and behavior. The shift from dysfunctional eating patterns to healthy diet is mostly about one’s mindset. We identify underlying experiences and belief systems that perpetuate binge eating.
